Due to the Corona crisis the Commission has proposed a 3-month postponement of the starting date for DAC 6 filings. In the proposal the 30-day rolling filing period will commence on October 1, 2020 instead of July 1. Filing of arrangements that has been identified for the period 25 June 2018 until 30 June 2020, should be filed in November of 2020 instead of August 2020.
Please note that it is only the filing of arrangements that has been postponed, not the start date for identifying arrangements that should be reported. The start date of July 1 is still valid which means you have to start collecting information on reportable arrangements as planned.
