As a part of the partnership with our customers, we provide support services to help you resolve matters as quickly as possible. Since support is one of our core functions, we build a database of knowledge for each customer. This enables us to keep track of each customer’s specific setup, structure and specific requirements in order to find solutions to different challenges that might arise within each customer’s organization.
